Fire & Ice, the intimate yet sophisticated grill featuring a delectable seasonal menu, is delighted to be the first to offer Kettyle Irish Beef in Dubai.
Kettyle Irish Foods, located in the Irish countryside of County Fermanagh, specialises in producing superior selection of meats. The Beef is from traditional Beef Herds using Angus and Hereford and is ‘dry aged’ on the bone for up to 35 days. Hand selected and processed by master butchers, the highest quality of specified cuts is exclusively provided to our Fire & Ice chefs. Starting from October 1st, choose from a selection of prime cuts such as Tenderloin, Rib-Eye, Striploin and T-bone served with Kettyle marrow butter, roasted root vegetables, colcannon and a sauce of your choice.
Fire & Ice has been awarded the Wine Spectator’s 2013 Best of Award of Excellence; offering a wine list of more than 700 wines, with the best of both the old and new world flavours. In addition, over 40 wines are available by the glass with a dedicated award-winning Sommelier on hand to recommend wine pairings with each course, for a customised dining experience.
